Canardier dinner of the Paris-Ile-de-France Consulate at the École des Métiers de la Table

Consul Jean-Philippe BAUR organised a dinner at the École des Métiers de la Table, during which six new Canardiers were inducted. The event was attended by a good many members of the Conseil de l’Ordre, including Master Canardier Loïc LELIEUR, who presented the recipe.
