A group of 17 guests were present in Jumièges to savour Master Canardier Christophe MAUDUIT’s unconventional cuisine. It started with a series of surprising appetisers for which the chef used his skills and his knowledge of plants to make the guests discover tripes, tongue and other offal. The Canardiers were honoured by the presence of Jean-Paul RIVIERE, the Armada’s new President, whose notoriety enhanced the event.
