Dinner at l’Hôtel de Dieppe / Cafe Victor
More than 40 Canardiers gathered on November 30th for the revival of a traditional dinner-party at the Hôtel de Dieppe, where the Ordre was founded. It was an opportunity to induct two new Master Canardiers : Théo CHORIGNAC and Mathieu THÉRY. To make a change, the Canardiers’ emblematic dish was not served as a main course but immediately after the demonstration, as an appetizer.
