Gill’s restaurant was fully booked for a Canardier dinner that gathered 46 guests on February 7th. Although the Michelin stars are no longer displayed at the entrance of the restaurant, they are still present in the kitchen. Indeed, the chef and his staff prepared a delicious meal that consisted of scallops, sea bass and a trio of desserts including the chef’s famous mille-feuille. At the end of the dinner, Sylvie and Gilles TOURNADRE’s kitchen and dining-room staff were warmly congratulated by all the guests.
