DINNER AT "LA GALERIE"
« La Galerie » is a restaurant located near the Old Market Place, Rue Sainte Croix des Pelletiers, and whose cuisine and service really deserve to be promoted.
It hosted a Canardier dinner-party, organised by Jean LOISEL and Frédéric FOURÉ, on March 14th, with 36 Canardier guests attending it. The meal started with Prawn Tartare served with Fresh Herbs, Madras Curry and Bread Crisps. The main course consisted of Pork Pluma in Veal reduction with Savory, served with Vegetable Mousseline and Mashed Potatoes seazsoned with Smoked Salt. The meal ended with Carambar Crispy Pudding with a hint of Chocolate and a Quenelle of Raspberry Sorbet.
