This restaurant, which overlooks the River Seine in Oissel, is not unknown to the Canardiers, who had provided the Chef with a press so that he could organise a Canardier evening for his regular customers. This time, the Canardiers, about 30 of them, gathered on April 14th in order to savour the Chef’s cuisine.
