Despite the pandemic and the bad weather conditions, Duclair held its Duck and Gastronomy Festival on September 27th. The Ordre des Canardiers was present in order to show the visitors their beloved recipe that has its origins nearby, in the meanders of the River Seine. Two demonstrations were performed by Master Canardier Arnaud GENTY, owner of Le “Parc”, in Duclair and Master Canardier David BROCHET from Coudray Traiteur. They were attended by Mayor Jean DELALANDE and his special guest, Michelin-starred Chef David GALLIENNE, the winner of the 2020 edition of Top Chef, who runs “Le Jardin des Plumes” in Giverny.
