FARM SHOW 2024

The Canardiers have been used to being present on the stand of the Seine Maritime Département at the Farm Show held in the Paris Exhibition Centre. Thirteen of them came along on February 26th in order to present the recipe of Pressed Duckling. Master Canardiers Loïc LELIEUR, Jean-Paul LAVISSE and Corentin SALI performed the demonstration 4 times in front of delighted visitors, who were offered a sample. One of the demonstrations was attended by Jean-Benoît ALBERTINI, Prefect of Normandy, Hervé MORIN, President of the Normandy Council and Bertrand BELLANGER, President of the Seine-Maritime Council, which was an opportunity for the Canardiers to talk about the duck breeds from Rouen and Duclair
