The Paris Farm Show offers an opportunity to discover special produces from all over the country. This is why the Ordre des Canardiers is regularly invited to hold four demonstrations of Rouennaise Duckling on the stand of the Seine-Maritime Département. This year, three Master Canardiers and eight members of the Ordre attended the event and answered the questions of the numerous visitors who watched the demonstrations and tasted a sample. This event also enabled the Canardiers to meet and talk with the local representatives of the political and economic field.
