This show is used to taking place mid-November and is dedicated to local produces. As usual, the Ordre des Canardiers was present and gave the visitors the opportunity to see three demonstrations of Rouennaise Duckling, one per day, thanks to Master Canardiers Pierre GUERET, Julien MARCHAL-GUERET, Gilles HAUVILLE, Jean-Jacques GANON and Jean-Paul LAVISSE. Each time, a group of 30 visitors were invited to watch the different steps of the recipe and try a sample. The exhibitors were also offered the possibility to attend an extra demonstration before the show opened on the last day.
