The Canardiers were invited to participate in an evening of discovery and gastronomy at the end of May, with a visit of Rouen’s Théâtre des Arts. Organized by Philippe DUJAY and Frédéric FOURÉ, the evening began with a guided tour of the Théâtre des Arts, including its backstage while the sets for Romeo and Juliet, due to be performed in June, were being set up. It is worth noting that the stage is one of the widest in France. In the second part of the visit, the guide made an account of the history and architecture of the theatre. After this tour, the Canardiers headed off to Rue aux Ours to dine at "Philippe’s" restaurant, a father-and-son kitchen, with Mathys now collaborating with Philippe.
