Our friend Albert MEILHAUS, our Consul of the Ordre des Canardiers in Germany, together with Silvia, his wife, used to organise an annual dinner-oarty in Aschau, at Heinz WINKLER’s Residenz. The latter having passed away, a new Master Canardier, one-star chef Erich SCHWINGSCHACKL, hosted this year’s dinner in his restaurant located in Rebling in the Bavarian Forest, north of Munich. One Lady Canardier and 3 Gentlemen Canardiers were inducted during the meal, attended by 30 guests, who were able to taste the Chef’s culinary creations, including Presses Duck, and enjoy a demonstration of the recipe.
