December 12th, 2025 : the Canardiers welcome a prestigious restaurant

Paul BOCUSE, nicknamed « Chef of the Century » was inducted Master Canardier of Honour by Michel GUERET soon after the Ordre was created. Almost 40 years later, the Ordre des Canardiers was back in Collonges au Mont d’Or in order to induct new Master Canardiers. Together with Chef Olivier COUVIN, Meilleur Ouvrier de France and Restaurant Manager Louis MORIN, also MOF, four cooks were inducted as well as Amélie GIRARDON from Domaine de Clairefontaine in Chonas-l’Amballan. Such talented people will doubtlessly enhance the most famous dish of Rouennaise cuisine in the Lyon-Rhône-Alpes Region.
