December 11th, 2025 : induction of 2 Master Canardiers and 19 Junior Master Canardiers at the Lyfe Institute (formerly École Bocuse) in Ecully (near Lyon)

In 2025, the Ordre des Canardiers signed a partnership agreement with the Lyfe Institute (formerly École Paul Bocuse) in order to set up a session aimed at training their students to prepare Rouennaise-style Duckling. In September, the teachers who had been inducted Master Canardiers invited the students to participate in the course and the first promotion included 19 students, who were inducted Junior Master Canardiers on December 10th. The induction ceremony was attended by Master Canardiers Jean-Jacques GANON and Gilles HAUVILLE, Consul Stéphane LOISEL and President Patrice THOMAS. Two new teachers, who had joined the team, were also inducted Master Canardiers on the very same day. Looking forward to the next promotion, in 2026.
