DUCLIR'S DUCK FESTIVAL

Like every other year, the Ordre des Canardiers attended this year’s edition of Duclair’s Duck Festival and organised two demonstrations of Rouennaise Duckling, in front of an eager and attentive public. Four Master Canardiers (Arnaud GENTY, Ludovic FONTAINE, Sébastien LEFEBVRE and Jean-Jacques GANON) participated in this festival, whose special guests were Olivier and Suzanne DA SILVA, chefs of the Michelin-starred “L’ODAS”, located in Rouen.
